Oscars v_v (spoilly spoilisson alert)

I saw the whole thing after all. My eyes couldn’t shut. O_O

My “Nazi” and my “girlfriend” got what they deserved :p

But, what’s with the stupid crap movie getting best director and best movie of the year? Are you fucking kidding me? What an infuriating, strategically planted, all patriotic bullshit move was that? Giving Oscar for best movie and best directing to fucking Hurt Locker?! Like someone said on the IMDB : Should have been called LETHAL WEAPON: THE BOMB SQUAD

If they wanted political message District 9 was a perfect example!!! The best War antiwar movie!

Not to mention Inglourious Basterds being billion years way better than any of the nominees. (Thank Zeus Christoph Waltz got recognized!!! At least!)

But I was terribly disappointed with the choice of nominations this year anyway!

Public Enemies got inexplicably snubbed. It got nominated for the Ensemble in the S.A.G.A. awards but get this …. Star Trek got it … come on!
Michael Mann
deserved recognition for his poem.
Ah, but what am I saying?
Hollywood is still Hollywood goddamn it. It is still pretentious and politically (in) correct. The sad part is that the less recognition artists like Michael Mann and Quentin Tarantino get from Hollywood, the fewer chances others like them get to come to the surface.

Moreover, it makes people speculate and dismiss. It is like the obvious answer to .. did he really deserve it or is it because he died?

And when you get results like Kathryn Bigelow’s The hurt Locker, it makes people wonder … did she really deserve to be the first woman director who wins an Oscar? Or was it all politics?

DUH!

P.S. *cough cough … what’s with the hotness in Nine? Damn!

Ahem .. I decided to watch it!

:p
